While not a book for the casual general reader, it should be of great interest to the dedicated naval enthusiast.. The treatment section is very comprehensive and covers alternative medicine as well as the more conventional treatments. I think it's well written and isn't so dry that it's impossible to get through. Even with the deaths, drugs, depressions, illnesses break ups, rants and discussions of drink. She said she'd offered to update the book for free but her publishers said no. I wish I bought this book months ago because I really liked the different suggestions for treating the acne scars in this book.
