Later Methods Zhineng Qigong and Taiji (Harmonious Big Family Teaching Book) (Volume 2)

A book for practitioners of taiji, qigong and any of the martial arts, this is a translation of methods developed by Dr Pang in the 1990s. They were mainly created to raise people’s level of practice and their abilities in any of the above disciplines. For Zhineng Qigong practitioners, they support and supplement other methods and prepare them for Level Four practice. The methods in this book aim to improve health to a higher-than-normal level. While still valuable for those with any form of illness, they mostly focus less on healing and more on greater control over one’s physical and mental state. EDITORIAL :

About the Author Dr Pang was born into a family of taiji and qigong practitioners. He learnt Daoist taiji from a very young age and achieved high gongfu. He became a renowned practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine, but gave this up to create a new qigong system that he thought would be of greater benefit worldwide. He drew on traditional postures and movements but developed and integrated them into more complete and effective methods. He pioneered the use of the qi field and developed a full theory of the laws of the universe, including theories about human life activity and the human mind. Wei Qi Feng has dedicated his life to Zhineng Qigong since he learnt it in 1991 at the age of 17 (when it was known as Flying Crane Form). Some years ago he taught himself English so he could spread its benefits more widely. In 2010 he set up the Harmonious Big Family, joined by other high-level

REVIEW :

To me these seem like glaring omissions, but other readers will, no doubt, have their own to offer.. The book certainly has many of data structures (on the other of hundreds) but not much analysis is done on each of the data structures introduced.. If you're getting into the area, this is a more advanced book.
Either case, it does belong on any serious optical waveguide designers shelf (there's a lot of material in this book).. So far this book has helped me fix two problems on my scooter that would of been expensive to take into a repair shop. It demonstrated how dangerous the sport is even for such a highly qualified diver. He all but states this outright, raising questions as to his reliability as a historian.

Guadalcanal's complexities dispensed with, onward he roams, rudderlessly taking potshots at anyone who might seem to slight the Portland's preeminence in every s
