He was a victim of the Joe McCarthy era of suspected communist affiliation of many, although this was a weapon his opponents used due to envy of his accomplishments and his dedication to physics. I understand the difference now.
I am very impressed on how the author tells the reader why anxiety sufferers act the way they do and feel the way they feel. Many of the initiatives in expanding service at IBM were well underway before Lou Gerstner arrived. My son just turned 10 and we ordered this book for his birthday. Fretting about the past is silly because it's immutable - nothing we can do about it. Whittington-Egan confirmed for me is about as good as it gets in the subject. Nevertheless, with some careful reading it was helpful to have me gain greater confidence in understanding a more formal consideration of the labrynthine relationship of art and monetary value.
