The way this book starts out is your first clue: "10097 32533". Athletics. great. And yet on simple questions, her voice is silent. This book helped me understand what kind of situations bring the anxiety on me and guides me on how to try to control it. People like this need to be a victim in order to have identity. They're all fast-paced, with interesting dilemmas and plots, and I enjoyed the world the author built (urban fantasy is still relatively new to me). I am very satisfied with all the information that this book has.. nice book. As others reviewers have already said, this is a self-help book which " addresses the depth and complexity of human psychology in astonishingly clear, graspable language which the everyday reader will relate to.
