The regular workout begins on page 33. I think is very interesting that in many instances, he uses his own life experiences as he explains to the reader how and why he knows and understands what they are feeling.
The techniques he suggests for people to practice are simple and you have to be true to yourself to benefit from them. IT IS PLEANTY OF FOOD AND VERY TASTY. I would, however, say he was a far more tortured soul than most of us ever know.
A review of this book simply doesn't do it justice. Warms, caught fire, six miles off Asbury Park, NJ and drifted ashore. I liked this book because before now it was hard to find books pertaining to fruit bouquets. There is a chapter on caring for someone with dementia which can be very difficult
