Part VI, the interaction of horses and their environment, includes an excellent section on the influence of native horses on various environments. I could go on and on about this book as it has kept me motivated like no other book I ever read.
If I had to say something negitive about the book, it would be that it may be too hard for most people and they may get frustrated by not being able to do all the reps.
If your looking for a killer workout you have come to the right place. However, before giving full credence to these truthful assertions, one might do well to anaylze the art and financial markets more rigorously.
