I believe that if I'd read this book and taken it to heart before that date, Mr. I learned that by changing the way I think, doors could open to a much greater satisfaction.
I highly recommend this book to anyone struggling with stress and anxiety. Watching Alex come to terms with his brother's death and become reacquainted with his values because of contact with kind and dedicated Brynn made this a very satisfying story. Retrain Your Anxious Brain is one in a series of similarly themed books available at this time. It is easy to read and hard to put down. Fasten your seat belts though folks because there are a lot of little plot twists that happen to the point where you feel a little whiplashed! Once you think you know who the new player in the mafia scene is your quickly blindsided and may or may not find yourself shouting at the book! All in all I am very sad to have to fin
