The men who gave this a bad review are clearly threatened. It is all that it claims to be. This 80-minute DVD is very good. This book is all about examining our regrets and starting over again to have a more fulfilling and spiritual life. Thanks to the editors for getting it out on the shelves!!. Books were shorter than I expected. I have been to Graceland 2 times and wish I had read this book before I visited.but now I look at the pictures and read the interesting narratives and I am taken back to Graceland over and over again. The section on learning covers useful information on habituation, classical conditioning and instrumental conditioning
