I've Monday-morning-quarterbacked that experience over and over again, trying to figure out I might have done to turn him off. Unfortunately I had not such a book when I was starting to deal with this technique.. Like the authors warned, I would've liked it if there were some counterexamples I thought of put in the book, but I realize this is technically infeasible.
Really, this book acts as a handy reference. Sally, Jr. Others will try diet. Multiple errors in information and seemingly lacking in order. It should be divided into two separate volumes.. It doesn't say anything about being an activity/workbook in the description. I have a "Sleep Cycle" app on there as well.
