He was grounded even then and this book brings out my jubilant heart to this day!. Thought other mammas should know! Her website sells the DVD, so if you want her current program, that is a better way.. These workouts are serious challenges to anyone, triathletes and boxers included. Don't expect to find anything new or original. I could go on and on about this book as it has kept me motivated like no other book I ever read.
If I had to say something negitive about the book, it would be that it may be too hard for most people and they may get frustrated by not being able to do all the reps.
If your looking for a killer workout you have come to the right place. Having said that, I must also say that Remembering Mr. You will not regret buying this book. But I even think I can can even hear him laughing at the thought of his Dundee cake sick episode, or the thought of his British
