The first chapter, with the lighthearted title, 'Needles and X-rays and Drills, Oh, My!', advises consumers, "Read these chapters thoroughly to learn all you need to know about basic oral care, what to look for in a dentist, and what kind of dentist deserves closer scrutiny." Other chapters, like 'Is Your Dentist Qualified to Run a Practice?' include honest and helpful insights: "The number one complaint I hear from new patients is that they hate their teeth, and many cases, this means that they hate what their former dentist has done to them - or may not have done for them."
I encourage every dental consumer to read this book. They give an address in the preface. A wonderful, compassionate and straightforward guide to forgiveness.
